Take Your Accessories To The Wild Side

Animal prints aren’t exactly new to the fashion scene and they will continue to be popular this fall. A good way to infuse some animal print into your wardrobe without it being overwhelming is through accessories. An abundance of belts, shoes and scarves have animal prints.

Celebrities like Kate Moss, Jennifer Lopez and Dianna Agron have done so with their shoes. There are tons of great flats and pumps in animal prints. I found three pairs of shoes for under $30 in zebra, snake and leopard. I love the details on this pump, which is only $28 and available in leopard and zebra (not shown). These double buckle zebra print flats are on sale for $24.37! American Eagle’s snake flats are also on sale and cost only $19.95.

How To Wear Western Boots

Western boots are a fun way to spice up an outfit. Taylor Swift, Ashely Tisdale, Jessica Simpson, Rachel Bilson, Lindsay Lohan and Selena Gomez have all gone west with their style.

This style may appear to lack versatility, but the exact opposite is true. Tall or short, western boots can be paired with jeans, leggings, skirts, shorts or dresses. I found three pairs of western boots for under $100. I also found two articles of clothing to wear with each pair of boots.

Rocket Dog’s Sheriff Distressed Cowboy Boot is on sale at DSW for $49.95. It is shown below in cognac and is also available in brown and black. One option is to wear these with a floral chiffon dress like this one from Delia’s for $44.50. Take a tip from the model and add the Mindy Double Buckle Belt, also from Delia’s, for $34.50.

Agate Jewelry

I’ve been seeing a lot of agate jewelry lately. Rihanna, Edie Falco and Courtney Cox have all worn some form of jewelry with agate. The price for this kind of jewelry can range from around $30 to $600 or more. I’ve found three necklaces and three bracelets for under $70.

The Ronalda Bracelet from Chico’s is available for $58. It uses an agate slice that seems to be the traditional look but adds thick beads and chain. For a more finished stone, try Arden B’s cuff bracelet for $28 available in pink with a gold cuff shown below and in green with silver cuff. My personal favorite is from Urban Outfitters, which has quite a few agate jewelery options. This one is $28 and has three green agate slices. Also available in purple.
