With all the parties and events that go on during the holidays, a versatile LBD is a great way to keep getting ready stress-free. You can probably find at least one occasion that every female celebrity has worn a little black dress. Jennifer Aniston continually bets on the LBD for events. Recently, we’ve seen Charlize Theron, Jennifer Lopez, Gabrielle Union and Katie Holmes in their own little black dresses.

White House|Black Market has a great sale on a dress with elbow length sleeves and a surplice bodice. Originally $150, it is now only $49.99.

For a twist on the classic, go for sequins. Take advantage of the comeback of big shoulders with this sweater dress from Arden B. for $54.40. Forever 21 has a full sequin dress for only $29.80. This long-sleeved dress with a sequined skirt is from Bloomingdales for $78.

Celebrities are donning floral prints this year and you can too! This isn’t exactly a new concept in fashion, but there are more modern ways to wear floral. Get inspiration from actresses like Kristen Bell, Jenna Fischer, Scarlett Johansson and Jennifer Aniston or check out some of the options I’ve found for under $150.

Try a belted version like Ali Ro’s available at Bluefly for $132. Forever 21 has a bright, floral print with a psychedelic flare for only $24.80. The empire waist will be a flattering choice if you have a larger bottom half like me. Or go for the Victoria’s Secret floor length style for $109.

Ward off those spring breezes by pairing your floral prints with a faded jean jacket, a boyfriend blazer or a leather (or faux) jacket. All shown below for under $90.

Heidi Klum has been taking the trend to the top by pairing a black leather skirt with a floral print blouse. Rachel Bilson and Hillary Duff have also been seen wearing sheer blouses with floral prints. Alloy has a floral tie-neck tunic on sale for $14.99. An orange floral with an elbow-length sleeve is available at Nordstrom for $78. If you are looking for a darker floral, try Forever 21’s for only $12.80.

The obvious choice is to pair this with your favorite close-fitting jeans. But another option that seems popular with celebrities is tucking a floral blouse into a pencil skirt. Either way, blouses in floral prints will be a great addition to your wardrobe.
